Room was spacious, but needs renovation. Their standard rooms a has twin beds only - but not mentioned in mm t - when i asked for a queen bed, after a long argument with the front office staff, they gave me a free upgrade to executive room. Bathroom really needs renovation. Location is superb as it’s a sea facing hotel, restaurant tariff is bit high, but food is value for money and the ambiance on roof top gives you beach vibe.

Staff is very good. Location is good, right opposite calicut beach. Food is very good. The hotel is close to the railway station.

Really terrible experience sub standard room, low quality bed, i'll functioning ac, don't even have good quality heater in bath room which is providing 24 hours hot water pls remove this property from make my 訂房網站

Room is not good food is good phone in the room is noisy and at mid nit there was a croaking sound on the above floor which disturbed our sleep

Very good aminities and excellent service. Good room quality. I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service that set the tone for a fantastic stay.

Very bad room. Not worth for money paid. 1500 worth room. Food and services are okay, behavior of staffs also good

Absolutely pathetic. Wi fi was not working. Bathroom showers were useless. Never had such a bad experience

Hotel is located on the beach @ kozhikode and very close to railway station. But apart from location on all other parameters hotel is very average, hotel outer ambiance is good but rooms are very average, in our case washroom didn’t had lock and ventilation, washroom was large enough but floor tiles were slippery. Patterned breakfast for 2 days back to back without much option.
